Digital Products (Playbook): Due to the nature of digital downloads, we do not offer refunds for change of mind. However, our 90-day guarantee applies: if you follow the system, run your campaign for 90 days with conversion tracking active, and it doesn't generate booked appointments, contact us with your campaign screenshots. We'll review your setup and work with you to resolve it. If we can't, full refund. You keep the playbook.

Monthly Service (Done-For-You): Cancel anytime by emailing diana@bestadsforchiropractors.com. No refunds for the current billing period. Your landing page and booking system will be deactivated within 7 business days of cancellation.
